Part- Time Merchandising AssociateSignature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Wheeling, WV market! This role offers the flexible schedule of approximately 7-10 hours/ week and a starting pay rate of $16.00- $18.00/ hour. No experience necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success on our team.As a (FSR) Route Merchandising Associate, you'll independently travel to and service Big-Box Home Improvement stores, such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to merchandise, build displays, execute planograms, complete in-store survey audits, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and take pride in your work- we'd like to speak with you!Your TerritoryThis position services store locations in Wheeling and Triadelphia, WV, as well as Saint Clairsville and Steubenville, OH. Regular travel to assigned stores within the route is essential for this role. What You'll DoTravel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties.
