LEARN, Southeastern Connecticut's Regional Educational Service Center, invites candidates to apply for a part-time Physical Therapist opening to support our students in the region for the 2026-2027 school year.

Day to Day

Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to create comprehensive student programming.
Administer screenings, assessments and direct interventions with students.
Collaboratively develop IEPs to support students to access and engage in their learning and school environments.
Monitor and evaluate student progress through ongoing data collection, analysis and review meetings.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent).
DPH Licensure in Physical Therapy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of developmental milestones and evidence-based assessments and interventions.
In-depth understanding of students with complex needs.
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
