Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician providing comprehensive primary care services in a supportive and patient-centered environment. This role involves delivering continuous care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults, following the patient-centered medical home model. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care that enhances patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services for clinic and hospital patients, managing an assigned panel with ownership and dedication.
- Engage in consultations with other practitioners and participate actively in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
- Contribute to policy development and implementation related to practitioner services.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
- Participate in on-call duties and support patient and provider satisfaction efforts.
- Engage in community outreach activities as requested.
- Support organizational goals through teamwork, professional development, and adherence to ethical standards.
Education and Experience
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Licenses and Certifications
- Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
- DEA certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills across a broad range of medical conditions.
- Proficiency with current technology and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and independent judgment capabilities.
