About Us: We operate four Fantastic Sams Cut & Color locations across the area, and we are thrilled to bring our Red Wing salon back to life! While this location has been closed for about a year, it comes with a 20 year history and an established client base eager for us to reopen our doors.

Because we are reopening, you will have a unique opportunity to help build the salon culture from the ground up! We are seeking passionate stylists—from talented recent beauty school graduates to seasoned pros—to form a tight-knit team and set the standard for quality and service in Red Wing.

(Not located in Red Wing? We are also hiring across our other local locations—ask us about opportunities in our other salons during your interview!)

What We Are Looking For:

• Active Minnesota Cosmetology License (or currently completing beauty school).
• Passion for cutting, coloring, styling, and providing top-notch guest experiences.
• Team-first mindset with enthusiasm for creating a great workplace culture.
• Stylists of all experience levels—from fresh graduates to seasoned veterans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-service hair care, including cutting, coloring, highlights, texturizing, and styling.
• Consult with clients to deliver personalized styles and recommend retail products.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming station.
• Bring energy and positive momentum to our team as we relaunch in Red Wing.

Location: Red Wing, MN (with openings across 3 other local locations)
