Job Description

Position Type: Part-Time

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and properly reset dining room to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. Assists with setting, clearing, and resetting tables, restocking service stations, and ensuring readiness for the next seating. Plays a critical role in overall restaurant flow and supports servers and hosts in delivering efficient service.

• Set and prepare tables (plates, glassware, silverware, napkins) in alignment with service standards

• Read tickets and deliver food accurately to the correct table or section

• Clear tables promptly and transport all dishware to the dishwashing area

• Complete assigned side work, including rollups, stocking condiments, and maintaining service stations

• Deliver food to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

• Support servers and hosts to ensure smooth restaurant flow and timely service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas at all times

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members. Ability to perform basic tasks such as clearing, carrying, and resetting tables quickly and efficiently. Completion of required training as scheduled. Willingness to learn and use restaurant systems or technology as needed. Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and readiness; able to stay focused during busy service periods. Ability to follow safety procedures, service protocols, and operational standards. Must be able to understand and communicate in English. Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire, as required by role

• Valid Food Handler’s Card required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs
