Bayfield CO 81122.Our office is open Durango 8:00 - 5:30, Sat. 9- 4 and Bayfield: 8:00 - 5:00.I have been a State Farm agent since 1980.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.QualificationsEffective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearWe look forward to speaking with you!State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
