This role is responsible for handling confidential information, managing projects and aligning business initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:*** Support overall leadership, strategy, and cross functional management to drive companywide initiatives and ensure departmental alignment.* Ensure business directives are effectively flowed down and implemented throughout the organization.* Lead effective internal communications, specific to the business unit, i.e., business unit all employee meetings.* Working directly with business unit leadership, review drivers of business performance and develop and implement gap closure plans to drive enhanced performance.* Coordinate executive reporting requirements to ensure data is organized and displayed effectively and shared with relevant stake holders at the corporate level.* Lead local community relations activities to support strategic priorities around becoming a trusted community partner and enhancing STEM education.* As work responsibilities may vary depending on specific program needs and/or business initiatives, the incumbent may be required to perform duties outside of the above listed tasks and responsibilities.**Qualifications:** *Required:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.* Proven experience as a trusted resource to leadership.* Business acumen and expertise to drive best-in class processes and efficiencies with demonstrated success.* Strong knowledge of the business unit – products, processes, and organization.* Excellent prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities* Ability to communicate and present clear, concise objectives to all levels of the organization while identifying and sharing risks and opportunities.* Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
