Warehouse AssociatePower-Flo Technologies is now hiring a full-time warehouse associate to join our New Hyde Park team. Full-time. Monday - Friday. 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Salary Range: $17 - $20/hour.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision plansPTO programPaid holidays401KEmployee assistance programEmployee stock ownership plansKey Responsibilities:Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc.Pull and stage orders for shipmentOrganize inventoryCycle countMaintain a clean driver's license to operate company vehiclesLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle (box trucks and vans)Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed)Requirements:1+ years of warehouse experience requiredCurrent, valid, and clean NYS driver's license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required)Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management.Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certificationAbility to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 poundsAbility to follow processes, procedures, and policiesAbility to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learnAbility to communicate in verbal and written form with functional English skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsForklift experience a plusExperience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Power-Flo Technologies is the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions- housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.We are an equal opportunity employer.
