Fitness Premier
We’re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and client-focused Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys helping people reach their goals, and can create a welcoming, positive training environment for clients of all fitness levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one and/or small-group training sessions
- Develop personalized workout programs based on clients’ goals, fitness levels, and abilities
- Educate clients on proper exercise technique, movement, and fitness fundamentals
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and motivation to help clients stay consistent
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized personal training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong knowledge of exercise, fitness, and basic nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous personal training experience preferred
