You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will...Receive returned furniture and match items to manifest, carton/LPN numbers, labels, and system records.Inspect furniture for damage, missing parts, packaging concerns, and discrepancies prior to dispositioning.Take clear photos of inconsistencies/damaged areas.Submit photos to the photo team for review, linking them to the correct item.Review photo team feedback and update item information, condition, labels, or disposition as directed.Retake and resubmit photos when requested.Complete authorized system transactions and update inventory records.Package, label, secure, and stage furniture for its approved destination.Follow safe lifting procedures, maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.Conduct dock searches for cartons as needed, and removes straps and vendor palletsRun daily returns reportsSafely and efficiently operate material handling tools and equipmentKeep the work area clean and organized and follow safe lifting while staying compliant is OSHA guidelinesPerform other duties as deemed necessaryCheck out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates….High School Diploma or EquivalentAt least 6 months' experience with RF scannersThis is an onsite and in office roleWilling and able to be cross trained and certified to operate any or all equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet JackExcellent Warehouse Management System knowledge including handheld and desktopMicrosoft Office Proficient: Outlook, Word, and Excel (Basic), TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skills necessaryWe prefer some of these qualities as well….Bilingual– English/SpanishReview these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role….Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/laddersAble to lift up to 65 lbsComfortable walking/standing 90% of the dayOur company benefits are second to none in the industry….Generous discount on all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand products401(k) plan and other investment opportunitiesPaid vacations, Employee Assistance Programs, Time Off to Volunteer, Matching Gifts Community Service Program, and Holidays (in some locations)Health benefits, dental and vision insurance, including same-sex domestic partner benefits, Legal and Identity Protection Plans and Pet InsuranceFor more information on our benefits offerings, please visit MyWSIBenefits.comTo learn more about our Supply Chain culture and regional associate events, please visit:
