Big Blue Adventure, LLC (BBA) is an event production and marketing company based in Tahoe City. We specialize in creating and executing fun and inclusive sporting events, from off-road triathlons to open-water swims in the Lake Tahoe area. Our goal is to deliver unforgettable experiences for participants, sponsors, spectators, and the media, all while highlighting the stunning beauty of Tahoe’s parks and public lands. Position: Venue Manager Pay: $25-30; Commensurate with experience Type: Contract position Duties will include: Venue Set-Up & Break-Down Maintain a clear understanding of the venue layout for each event. Manage the set-up and break-down of key event areas, including: Start/Finish arch, tents, tables, medical area, registration, beer garden, food service, vendor areas, waste and recycling stations, and power sources. On-Site Operations: Set up, break down, monitor, and restock as needed Venue aid stations Recovery food stations Waste Event Trailer & Gear Management Manage event gear, supplies, and trailer inventory Prepare trailer and supplies before each event Oversee trailer loading and unloading Maintain and update inventory records in Google Drive Requirements: Must be able to work at 90% of scheduled events.
