Social Media Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a part-time Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a part of the Marketing Department, you will primarily assist in driving copy and content creation to help promote our multiple agency social channels, as well as help the team to conduct new business exploration and plan agency culture events. The ideal candidate is a student looking to pursue a career in marketing and social media. This role would be 4 hours a day, up to 20 hours a week to start. Role Plan social media posts in advance with a strategy; create aesthetic pages, advocate for each brand independently Post social media content on the corporate social channels for enterprise-wide campaigns Monitor our social media community channels Monitor, respond, and report insights and analytics to constantly improve growth performance Other marketing duties and responsibilities as assigned Punctual, regular and consistent attendance Ability to be productive while working in the office environment Serve as project manager as assigned for specific efforts; draft and clearly articulate project plans, roles, goals, and timelines Oversee assigned projects as they move through the pipeline to completion – helping to implement enhancements and fixes where applicable Work in ways that reflect our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence Qualifications Prior experience in social media management (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) (Internship experience okay) Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc. Limited experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Creator Studio, or another social analytics platform Social media savviness and ability to convey a message in a short form You are a great collaborator and bring positive energy to the team around you. You are organized and are able to quickly address feedback Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce quality content Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred Consultative and collaborative style in partnering with colleagues and internal clients Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing team Detail-oriented, action-oriented and results-focused Solid time management and prioritization skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
