Assembler

Assembler We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and dependable professional to help build high-quality products that make a difference. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of a collaborative production team focused on precision, efficiency, and excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring your presence five days per week. What You'll Do Assemble and build products using various hand and power tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering equipment. Inspect components for quality and report any defects or issues to production leads. Stay up to date with certifications and training across all assigned production lines. Record production details accurately and communicate any issues promptly. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Take part in team training, continuous improvement efforts, and process optimization. Collaborate with teammates and assist in cross-functional production tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace. Support production goals by working additional shifts or overtime when needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in assembly or kitting/packaging. Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed). Dependability, time management, and a commitment to quality work. Preferred 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality management systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles. Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, tools, and varying temperatures. Requires frequent bending, twisting, lifting, pulling, and standing throughout the shift. Regular use of inspection tools and materials handling equipment.
