Job Details
Including but is not limited to:
- Assume full Executive Chef responsibilities while Exec Chef is OOO, including:
- Overseeing daily café and catering operations
- Managing labor and staffing [18-20 associates reporting directly to exec chef/exec sous]
- Leading culinary and production teams [8 fully operational stations incl. front-facing and BOH production; Monday-Friday; Breakfast - Lunch w/ opportunity to assist separate catering dept.]
- Conducting production meetings and quality checks
- Managing client communication
- Monitoring food and labor costs
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance
- Leading daily operational decision-making
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $95,000.00)
