Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM No overtime
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced FD Biller to support the timely processing of vendor invoices for factory-direct orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Audit factory direct invoices for accurate costs
- Calculate freight charges on factory direct invoices
- Research and respond to Sales Department inquiries regarding invoices and freight rates
- Process invoices into the Accounts Payable system
- Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 12 years of Accounts Payable or related experience
- Computer literacy and business correspondence skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Previous SAP experience
- Experience in foodservice and/or distribution environments
Work Environment:
- 100% onsite
- Business casual dress code
- In-person interview required
