A consistent regional schedule can make a big difference when you want steady income without staying away from home for weeks at a time. LEM Trucking is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver in the Philadelphia area for a regional position offering guaranteed weekly pay, a full 48-hour reset at home every weekend, and routes that keep drivers completely out of New York City.
Pay and Home Time
Drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,500 per week , with guaranteed weekly earnings providing added income stability. Additional CPM bonuses are available, along with extra compensation for qualifying detention, layover, and breakdown time.
This position gets you home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset . Regional freight runs primarily through the Midwest and Southeast, allowing drivers to maintain consistent miles without NYC routes.
What You Can Expect
As a CDL A Truck Driver , you will haul no-touch freight in late-model Freightliner Cascadias. Trucks are equipped with driver comfort features for time spent on the road, and the regional schedule provides a more predictable routine from week to week.
$1,300 to $1,500 weekly with guaranteed pay
Home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset
No-touch freight with no NYC driving
Late-model Freightliner Cascadias with TV, refrigerator, SiriusXM and DirectTV
Benefits, paid orientation and additional eligible accessorial pay
CDL A Driver Requirements
Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years .
LEM Trucking is looking for a dependable CDL A Truck Driver who values consistent home time, reliable weekly earnings, and equipment designed with driver comfort in mind.
Qualified candidates will be contacted by a recruiter to review the position and driving history. The qualification process may include employment verification and review of applicable MVR, PSP, DAC, and background information. Final eligibility is determined after required driving and employment history has been verified.
