Behavior Analyst BCBA - Burlington County/Mount Holly Area Flexible Hours!

Location: Mount Holly, NJ 08060 Benefits Salary Range $85,000–$95,000 Attractive Benefits Plan Potential discretionary income: up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus (paid monthly) Full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule; no weekends or late nights Small caseload Company laptop provided Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid holidays + PTO days (sick & vacation) Disability, life, and other voluntary benefits 401(k) with match Position Description BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly. Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families. Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff. BCBAs at Kaleidoscope ABA receive the support of their Clinical Manager, including administrative support, scheduling assistance, and general help with the BCBA’s caseload. Required Experience and Education Certified as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods, as well as ethics, laws, and regulations for acceptable behavior interventions. Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Ability to meet rigorous job demands, including prolonged standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend significant time on friction or ground with children.
