About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group dedicated to improving access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. With over 600 licensed professionals, we are the premier employer of mental health providers in the United States.

As a Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD/DO) , you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our residents in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide psychotherapy services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning for residents in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide psychotherapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and medication management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and family members to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments and monitoring of treatment outcomes
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
