Contact Center Agent Family Outreach Department | Life Remembered Do you enjoy talking with people and building connections over the phone?
Life Remembered is looking for a Contact Center Agent to join our Family Outreach team! This is more than just a call center job. You'll be the first point of contact for families who have expressed interest in our cemetery products and services , helping connect them with the right Sales Advisor and location. What You'll Do

• Contact new leads generated through our marketing efforts
• Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs and level of interest
• Set appointments for our Sales Advisors
• Earn incentives when appointments result in completed sales
• Serve as a customer service liaison for families
• Answer general questions about our cemeteries and services
• Forward calls to the appropriate cemetery location when additional assistance is needed
• Enter accurate notes and information into our contact center software
• Follow established call scripts and outreach procedures

What We're Looking For The right person will:

• Be comfortable and confident on the phone
• Enjoy talking with and helping people
• Have strong communication and listening skills
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Be able to accurately document calls and customer information
• Be dependable, professional, and organized
• Be motivated by performance-based incentives

No call center experience? That's okay! We provide training on our call scripts, systems, and outreach process.
