Web Support Specialist

Lemonade Stand is growing, and we're looking for a web support specialist! (In-Office or Remote; Full-Time Position) Purpose of the Job As a web support specialist, you'll be providing web support (including answering WordPress questions) to our clients via our ticketing board and over the phone. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a best-in-class experience with every interaction. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer support skills and is committed to continuous learning. A qualified candidate will be eager to grow their technical knowledge so they can better serve clients and expand their skillset. They will be able to actively listen and leave every client feeling supported and understood.
