Position Neonatologist – Fargo, ND Practice Details Level III, 14-bed newly renovated NICU with private suites. Strong 6-person OB team with growing birth volume. Full‑time Maternal Fetal Medicine support. Pediatric subspecialty support with cardiology, neurology, and virtual hematology. Relocation and benefit package. Full‑time is 7‑8 shifts per month as a 4‑person team. Competitive salary and sign‑on bonus. Overnight NNP support. Highly experienced nursing staff. Requirements BC/BE in Neonatology Location Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota, 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Fargo‑Moorhead population: 250,000. Regional service area consists of 30 clinics & 5 hospitals. Safe, growing community known for excellent school system. Young population with average age mid 30’s. Three universities in the FM area. Compensation $381,153. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation.
