Senior Manager International Tax

My Client, an Full Service Accounting firm are seeking to Hire an International Tax Senior Manager to join the team. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio, focusing on international tax compliance and consulting. Develop strong client relationships, providing strategic tax planning with a solution-oriented approach. Communicate tax technical developments and implications to clients. Lead ASC 740 reporting, including GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, and Foreign Tax Credit calculations. Manage US international tax compliance, including filings (Forms 1042, 5471, 8858, etc.). Oversee FATCA compliance and US withholding tax forms. Enhance tax processes through automation and technology Conduct M&A analysis, due diligence, and restructuring planning for US and international transactions. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth. Collaborate with global finance leaders to ensure cohesive tax strategies. Serve clients across technology, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Qualifications Education: Master of Taxation (preferred); CPA required. Experience: 7-10 years in international tax compliance, with leadership experience. Expertise in ASC 740 reporting, FATCA compliance, and international tax planning. Skills: Strong leadership, tax technology implementation, and client communication skills. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insite US
