What Youll Do:

As a Certified Caregiver youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administering medications accurately maintaining precise records and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive tight-knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members .

What Were Looking For:

• An active state-required Caregiver and/or CMA certification.
• A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
• A positive team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
