Escrow Officer Opportunity

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a trusted leader in title and escrow services, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional, personalized support to residential and commercial clients. This company offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, contributing to the growth and success of real estate investments. The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Managing an active escrow desk with an established book of business.
• Soliciting new business opportunities.
• Leading the team and providing support to senior management.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Ability to handle a resale transaction from beginning to end.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• College education is preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $60000 per year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
