Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of students, helping in creating individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops designed to promote personal development, emotional intelligence, and peer support.

• Collaborate with department heads, academic advisors, and student organizations to improve overall support systems and integrate mental health awareness into academic life.

• Engage in mental health outreach programs, planning and implementing campaigns or events to increase awareness and promote wellness across campus.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring student privacy.

Qualifications\n

• An active clinical license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A solid understanding of the mental health challenges faced by college-aged students, including stress, anxiety, and identity issues.
