Financial Services Operations Manager

Location This role can be performed anywhere on the East Coast except the NYC Metro Area. Hybrid Work Model Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to work a hybrid model with two days of in‑office attendance per week, with limited exceptions. Team You will join a highly collaborative, Agile‑driven team that operates in 2‑week sprints. The team is composed of domain specialists who prioritize effective communication, user training, and proactive support for production issues. Responsibilities Identify and document business requirements. Collaborate with IT development teams to deliver enhanced platform functionality. Manage the project backlog and plan future enhancements. Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and build process flow documentation. Craft test cases, report defects, and provide user training. Act as a domain specialist to resolve production issues and partner concerns. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of related experience, specifically within Cisco Capital or a leasing company. 3–5 years of experience with the Infolease or related subledger receivables system, lease accounting, Agile methodology, product development, and testing cycles. Proficiency in applying accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) to classify and summarize financial transactions. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS degree. Ability to detail complex processes, instruct classes, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong verbal and written business communication skills; ability to document requirements, create capacity plans, and debug complex system issues. Salary and Benefits Starting salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $163,800.00.
