Home Improvement Sales Manager

Job Description

The Home Improvement Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies within the home improvement sector. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, acquiring new customers, and leveraging thorough product knowledge to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Acquire and retain clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate and compelling information to customers
Generate and manage sales leads to expand the customer base
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience, preferably within home improvement or related fields
Strong skills in sales strategy and negotiation
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven leadership and team management experience
Effective problem-solving and time management skills
Comprehensive product knowledge relevant to home improvement
