Requirements :

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR
Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience Required
Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of EM experience (excluding training) Required
️ Ohio Medical License (Active or In Process) Required
️ List of EM Procedures Performed Required
COVID-19 Vaccination Proof Required
No Visa Support (J1/H1B not accepted)
Clean malpractice & license history Required
Not accepting new grads

Compensation Benefits :

Choose between:

W2 Employee $240/hr
- $10/hr extra for all night shifts
- Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision w/ HSA, Life Insurance, 401k, $3,000 CME)
1099 Independent Contractor $250/hr
- $10/hr extra for all night shifts
