Job Title: Quality Analyst - 3rd Shift
Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. This role ensures compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA, and State regulations through auditing, verification of Certificates of Analysis (COAs), microbiological testing, and adherence to food safety protocols. The analyst will conduct case audits, mock recalls, self-inspections, and collaborate with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA, and State regulations.
• Verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and perform microbiological testing.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and conduct case audits, mock recalls, and self-inspections.
• Collaborate with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold a culture of excellence through adherence to quality standards.

• Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
• Experience with quality analysis, quality documentation, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of critical control points, food safety, and environmental monitoring.

• 1-5 years of experience plus a degree in the Sciences OR 5 plus years experience in Quality within a GMP/FDA facility.

This position operates on the 3rd shift, Monday to Friday, with the potential for some overtime and weekend work when necessary, such as during audits or food safety emergencies. The work takes place in a bakery manufacturing environment from 6 am to 3 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oak Creek, WI.

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

This is a direct placement opportunity. Benefits will be provided upon start of assignment or earlier if requested by candidate.

This is a fully onsite position in Oak Creek,WI.
