Premier Staffing is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Bilingual Front Desk / Recruiting and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team!

This is more than just a receptionist position! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong computer and organizational skills, and is eager to learn and grow within our company.

As the first point of contact for our applicants and visitors, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting our recruiting and sales teams.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with applicants in both languages, explaining procedures, answering questions, and assisting individuals throughout the application process.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Applicant Services

• Greet applicants and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking applicants.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries.
• Guide applicants through the employment application and registration process.
• Assist applicants with computers, online applications, and employment paperwork.
• Ensure all required information is collected.
• Clearly explain application procedures and next steps in English and Spanish.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front office.

Recruiting & Administrative Support

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain applicant records in our staffing software.
• Use online resources to search for potential candidates.
• Contact prospective applicants by phone to discuss employment opportunities and encourage them to apply.
• Assist recruiters with identifying potential candidates for available positions.
• Maintain accurate applicant information and records.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.

Sales & Business Development Support

• Research potential business clients using online resources.
• Identify companies that may benefit from our staffing services.
• Compile and organize prospective client information.
• Provide sales leads to our sales team for follow-up.
• Assist with additional sales support and research projects as needed.

• Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

• Possesses excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Is comfortable making outbound calls to prospective applicants.
• Can efficiently research information online.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Takes initiative and works well independently and as part of a team.
• Maintains a positive, professional attitude in a busy office environment.
• Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
• Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Previous staffing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
