HR Shared Services Leader Operations & Compliance

AmWINS Group

AmWINS Group, Inc. in Charlotte is seeking an HR Shared Services Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure high-quality service across the employee lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, and Divisional HR to drive continuous improvement in HR services. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience, strong leadership skills, and proven expertise in HRIS platforms and metrics analysis.
