Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18.42 - $18.42 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Landscaper :

• Lawn and Garden Care

• Mowing & Edging: Cut lawns using push or riding mowers; edge pathways and borders.

• Weeding & Mulching: Pull weeds by hand or with tools; spread mulch, bark, or stones in beds.

• Pruning: Trim hedges, bushes, and small trees with shears or trimmers.

• Watering & Feeding: Water turf and gardens; apply basic fertilizers or treatments.

• Installation and Construction

• Planting: Dig holes and plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.

• Sod & Soil: Spread topsoil, grade ground levels, and lay fresh sod.

• Hardscaping Support: Assist with building patios, walkways, or retaining walls.

• Irrigation: Help install or repair basic sprinkler and watering systems.

• Equipment and Site Upkeep

• Tool Operation: Use and clean hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power equipment (leaf blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws).

• Loading & Transport: Load and unload materials, plants, and tools into company trucks.

• Debris Removal: Clear fallen leaves, trash, and job site waste.

• Seasonal Tasks: Clear snow and ice during winter months, where applicable.

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Hand and Power Tools: Safe operation of leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, and lawnmowers.

• Manual Tasks: Raking, weeding, mulching, planting, and debris cleanup.

• Basic Landscape Knowledge: Understanding of general lawn care and plant maintenance is considered a plus.

• Background check and drug test required
