Job Description

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• Shared call rotation with surgical team
• Dedicated OR block time

Annual salary: $485,406.00 . "The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and Sullivan Cotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician's experience, training, and qualifications"

Other Compensation: generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000-$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus-all designed to support your transition and long-term success.

Work Experience

Qualifications

• Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
• Possesses and maintains current Board Certification or Board eligible within General Surgery required.
• Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
• Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility.
• Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
• Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
