Schedule:

• Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am (Monday-Friday)
• Weekends/Holidays: Coverage needed only until Saturday at 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead RN in the Operating Room, providing oversight and mentorship to surgical staff
• Manage Robotics and Neuro surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiology, surgical, and support teams
• Maintain thorough patient records and coordinate perioperative care
• Foster a positive, efficient, and safe OR environment

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Robust experience in OR nursing, with demonstrated expertise in robotics and neuro cases
• Leadership or Charge nurse experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
