Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of caregivers for our growing home health team. This recruiter role is key to ensuring we have reliable, compassionate caregivers ready to meet patient needs. What You’ll Do: Recruit and hire caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, etc.) in a high-volume environment Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone and in-person interviews Make offers and support onboarding Partner with managers to meet urgent staffing needs Track candidates and activity in ATS What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of recruiting experience (caregiver/home health preferred) Bilingual Spanish is preferred Experience with high-volume hiring Strong sourcing and outreach skills Comfortable making high-volume calls and outreach Excellent communication and organization Why Join Us?
