Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow quality procedures, work instructions, and production documentation.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of previous Quality Inspector, Quality Control Inspector, QC Technician, or related inspection experience.
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse quality assurance experience preferred.
• Experience identifying product defects and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good visual acuity with the ability to detect defects, inconsistencies, and nonconforming products.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to report quality concerns clearly.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequent use of hands and vision for detailed product inspections.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Inspect products and materials to identify defects, damage, or quality issues.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Maintain quality control throughout the inspection process.
• Document, report, and communicate quality concerns to supervisors or production teams.
• Follow established quality procedures, inspection methods, and work instructions.
• Assist in identifying root causes and resolving product quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support production goals while ensuring product quality and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Do


As a Quality Inspector you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
