What you will do:

• Conduct enduser training instructorled sessions and customerspecific education programs focused on communication products and workflows within acute care and other clinical environments

• Partner with crossfunctional teams to support product rollouts adoption strategies and go-live activities ensuring smooth onboarding andoptimaluse of communication solutions

• Identifyuser trends workflow gaps and training opportunities

• Promote best practicesby applying a consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive successful outcomes

• Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication and education trends to support effective training strategies and customer guidance

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelors in a health care discipline required
• Current licensure or certificationrequiredin healthcare discipline
• Travelup to90% for onsite training golive support and customer engagements which may include nights and weekends

Preferred

• Minimum 2 yearsof clinical experience
• Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role
• Hands on experience training in a clinical environment
• Proficiencywith MS Office: Excel WordPowerPoint Outlook

• US5 : $73000 - $116400 USD Annual
• US10 : $76500 - $122000 USD Annual
• US15 : $79900 - $127500 USD Annual
• US20 : $83400 - $133100 USD Annual
• US30 : $90400 - $144200 USD Annual
