Responsibilities

• Explore and generate concepts against an established buyer-side vision, and bring options rather than a single answer.
• Take defined problems from early exploration through production-ready design.
• Partner closely with the lead designer, and with PM and engineering, to keep individual ad products consistent with the broader direction.
• Design for complex, high-traffic surfaces, including ones where AI shapes what a buyer sees.
• Build the prototypes, flows, and specs yourself.
• Turn research, performance data, and competitive signals into design decisions, and record the assumptions behind them.
• Contribute recurring patterns back into the system instead of solving the same problem twice.

Qualifications

• 5 years designing products end to end, with a portfolio showing range across web and mobile.
• Experience on consumer-facing, high-traffic surfaces where design decisions get measured.
• Strong ideation range: the ability to put up several credible directions quickly and argue the tradeoffs between them.
• A collaborative instinct, and a track record of doing your best work inside someone else's direction without going quiet.
• Comfort deciding with incomplete information, and clarity about which assumptions you made.
• Fluency with large design systems, including contributing to them and not just consuming them.

Skills

• Demonstrable experience designing complex interfaces and interactions or other complex seller experiences that have Advertising and Campaign Management as a core capability.
• Experience organizing and leading design sprints.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $70.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
