Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in varied educational environments

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct evaluations to assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate strategies and supports into the classroom
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer consultation and training for staff and families, promoting effective strategies across settings
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that helps students build confidence and independence
