On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for an IT Security Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey office.
Job Description:
This role involves managing end-to-end regulatory exam execution for a financial institution, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. The position supports a collaborative team environment and offers an opportunity to work on a large portfolio while enhancing networking capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of regulatory exams
• Coordinate with SMEs, technology teams, risk, compliance, and senior leadership
• Ensure responses are clear, defensible, and evidence-based
• Identify and escalate gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables
• Provide structured status updates and executive briefings
• Drive enhancements to exam execution processes
Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of Project Management and Cybersecurity Analyst experience
• Strong experience within Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Banking or financial institution experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• AI experience
• PMP, CISSP or CRISC certifications
• Regulatory experience
Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.
