Location: Lockbourne, OH (6054 Shook Rd)
Pay: $22-$24/hr + expected overtime
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch). Mandatory weekend work approximately once per month.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong customer service background to support distribution and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring shipments and critical information move accurately and on time while supporting a portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate will manage customer communications, coordinate shipments, and partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven customer service experience and passion for helping customers
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
• Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer systems

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor order flow to ensure customer requirements and performance metrics are met
• Coordinate inbound shipments and assist with scheduling and labor planning
• Respond to customer emails, phone calls, voicemails, and virtual meetings in a professional and timely manner
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requests and operational needs
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
