This position manages a caseload in accordance with agency productivity standards, attends and participates in patient and other conferences and agency in-services as assigned.Be the Best Physical Therapist You Can BeIf you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education programMinimum nine months experience as a physical therapistPreferred community/home health experienceCurrently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practicesMust possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical roleMust be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locationsResponsibilities:As a Physical Therapist, you will:Provides patient care and documents treatment in accordance with physician orders, agency policy and patient needs.Performs patient evaluations in accordance with agency policy and procedure.
