Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently. Provide value‑added solutions to improve customers’ homes. Maintain and organize company truck and efficiently manage parts. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools. Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Proficient with smartphone use, including part ordering. Successful background and drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) you work in. Ability to travel up to 100%. Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime. Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequent 50 lbs and occasional 100 lbs). Physical ability to reach outwards, handle small objects, stand, walk, sit, type, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl. Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
