In-Home Sales Representative – Preset Appointments
The Green Plug is one of the fastest-growing energy efficiency companies in the Northeast, specializing in solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, insulation, and home energy solutions .
We’re looking for motivated, confident sales professionals to join our growing team. No door knocking or cold calling required. Our sales representatives are provided with pre-qualified appointments each day. Your job is simple: meet with homeowners, educate them on our solutions, build trust, and close the sale.
Responsibilities
- Attend company-provided in-home appointments.
- Conduct professional consultations with homeowners.
- Present customized energy efficiency solutions.
- Build rapport and earn the customer’s trust.
- Prepare proposals and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow up when needed.

Qualifications
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred but not required (solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, or home improvement is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
