Marketing Excellence Manager

Responsibilities Act as a critical liaison between COE steering team, IT project teams, external consultants, and end users Ensure seamless execution of process mapping, tool design, testing, training, communications, and deployment Own key components of the training infrastructure, including academy content management, cohort scheduling, learner tracking, and internal communications Support development and delivery of training curricula aligned to marketing maturity model Create scalable, on-demand training content across core marketing capability areas Coordinate global training rollouts, including scheduling, enrollment, and tracking Lead adoption roadmap for AI-enabled tools and training programs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, commercial excellence, technology, or customer support (B2B industrial or specialty chemicals preferred) Strong project management experience across cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder initiatives Proven ability to translate business requirements into deliverables or technical specifications Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills High learning agility, curiosity, and growth mindset Proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), AI tools (Copilot, Claude, agents), and project management platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
