As the Service Valet Greeter, you are the face of our award-winning service department. You will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, managing efficient vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, and ensuring an outstanding experience from arrival to departure. This role is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and guaranteeing the smooth, efficient flow of our service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with a professional and courteous demeanor upon their arrival.
• Assist customers efficiently with vehicle check-in and ensure all necessary service documentation is completed.
• Act as the liaison, communicating clearly and effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate customer needs.
• Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and professional service drive area.
• Provide prompt general assistance, skillfully answering questions and quickly addressing any customer concerns.
• Uphold and exceed the dealerships high standards of customer service at all times.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

• A clean driving record and a valid NC Driver's License are required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A naturally friendly, professional, and approachable presence.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and meticulous with details.
• Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or automotive setting is a plus!
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
