As a Business Analyst with Digineer, you will work closely with the business and technology teams at the client to elicit, gather and write requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires credibility and confidence when interacting with key project stakeholders and technology teams across the full lifecycle of the project. Sound like You?

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

3 + years’ experience in projects with Agile methodologies Ability to successfully schedule, plan, and lead requirement gathering and review meetings with multiple stakeholders to understand their business objectives and needs Define and document system requirements utilizing workflows, process mapping, and other methods A conceptual understanding of IT systems and architecture to support discussions and communications Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, coordination, facilitation, and negotiation

CBAP certified Training and testing skills Prior consulting experience At Digineer, we comply with all local and state regulations regarding salary transparency. The actual salary/wage will be based on relevant factors such as applicant skills, experience, degrees, and certifications, as well as geographic location and market considerations. This position's salary ranges from $68,000 to $142,000. In addition, the role is eligible for performance-based and quarterly/annual bonuses.
