On-Site Recruiter

We are seeking a consultative process driven recruiter to work on-site of our client partner. An expert in the Light/Industrial field preferred, but a staffing background is welcome..

Responsibilities include:

• Recruitment for a variety of light industrial jobs i.e. Warehouse Workers and Truss Assemblers
• Schedule Interviews for Hiring Managers
• Engaging in networking events and job fairs

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish, so you will be able to communicate with Spanish speaking candidates

At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
