At Anza Animal Clinic, you will routinely utilize advanced diagnostics including Ultrasound and Radiology. Our diverse case load ensures you will refine your skills in essential areas like Surgery and Dentistry, while also expanding your knowledge through Exotics cases and therapeutic modalities such as Laser treatment. Furthermore, our Urgent Care capacity ensures you are always prepared to handle complex, time-sensitive cases. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
