Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Physician Group Rheumatology is seeking a full-time BC/BE physician in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology to join a busy, growing practice. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in Rheumatology and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This outpatient-only opportunity includes practice locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero, with the position primarily based in Fort Myers. The call schedule is 1:5 and consists of light, office-based call onlyno hospital responsibilities. The team prioritizes continuity of care and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group of specialists across Lee Health, including Pain Management.
